AMY TRAMMELL CMT, LMT, PMA

Ms Trammell studied under full scholarship at the illustrious International Ballet School where she trained with many world-renown artists such as German Zamuel (former senior instructor at the Royal Ballet School in London).  In 2000 she won an award as a finalist in the Denver Ballet Guild Competition. From there, Ms Trammell chosen, one among thousands who auditioned internationally for a position as a professional dancer with the Colorado Ballet.  While with the company she danced along side graduates of the Vaganova Academy and the Bolshoi Ballet.

As she performed professionally she cross-trained with fitness routines and Pilates programs.  In 2005 she graduated with honors from the Concorde College and in 2014 she completed her Pilates Certification at Florida Atlantic University.

Ms Trammell is a mother of three and now calls Florida her home.

After moving to Florida, Ms Trammell co-founded and co-owned Vero Classical Ballet.

As a pilates instructor she has trained many influencial athletes including Former Tennis Professional and number one in the world in the 1980s) Ivan Lendl.
